SDP ANNOUNCES LAWSUIT FILED AGAINST TIHIC

SDP BiH announced that it will file a lawsuit against SDA leader Sulejman Tihic for "trying to spread nefarious lies," if he continues with insinuations.

"Tihic once again maliciously and with ill intent is trying to connect SDP President Zlatko Lagumdzija with (Naser) Keljmendi, which he has never in his life had with this man. At the same time the party leadership of the SDA and the security sector remain sovereignly led by prominent members of the SDA, veterans of the US government's 'black list,'" the SDP said.

They state that Tihic can no longer conceal his dismay at the fact that he and his SDA people are no longer in power after 22 years.

"How far this has gone is the best evidence of the claim that they were all against him and the SDA - from Lagumdzija, Covic, Dodik, Radoncic, Western ambassadors, Brussels, Washington, all the way to Moscow," the statement reads.

Tihic, says the SDP, is trying his best to make a sacrifice of overall conspiracy, and announced that he will gladly "travel to the meeting of leaders in Brussels for the defense of BiH."

"It is our duty to remind Tihic that the SDP has not fulfilled part of the electoral campaign promises because of obvious obstruction by the SDA, and truly because of these obstructions - whose culmination was the rejection of the budget - the SDP was no longer prepared to waste time, and we are committed to the functioning of a new parliamentary majority," the SDP said.
