Company Asa Prevent in Gorazde opened a new plant, worth about eight million KM, in which 740 workers will be employed.
Director of the holding company Prevent for BiH Almir Jazvin told Srna that in new plant - the third one in Gorazde - upholstery for cars, including ones for the new "Golf VII" as well, to be placed on the European market and other continents, will be produced.
He added that Asa Prevent invested totaling tens of millions of KM and hire 850 workers in three plants in Gorazde. Jazvin pointed out that for this company it is important to develop the economy and society in BiH, and it is establishing a great partnership of the public and private sector in the local community.
He said that Prevent has been operating in BiH since 1999, and in that period it created 5000 work places.
"We will not stop here, and by the end of year we will employ a total of 1000 workers. We have motivation and we use cooperative advantages, and our workers are justified in their confidence offered as part of Prevent," Jazvin said.
He added that the government of Bosansko-Podrinjski Canton gave way to this company untapped assets in the Gorazde part of Vitkovici for just one KM.
The Prevent group operates on three continents and 15 countries and currently employees 12,000 workers, including workers in the new plant in Gorazde.
