VALENTIN INZKO MET TURKISH FOREIGN MINISTER DAVUTOĞLU

High Representative, Valentin Inzko, met today in Sarajevo with Turkish Minister of Foreign Affairs Ahmet Davutoğlu.

Inzko informed Minister Davutoğlu about current political developments in BiH and the aftermath of state government formation.

 

“The period of political gridlock seems to be behind us. In the upcoming period, citizens expect domestic politicians to accelerate efforts towards fulfilling the country’s commitments in relation to EU and NATO integrations.” said High Representative Inzko.

 

The High Representative thanked Minister Davutoğlu for Turkey’s continuing and meaningful support and interest for Bosnia and Herzegovina and all of its people, as well as Turkey’s positive role in promoting excellent relations among the countries in the region.
