‘Svetlana Raznatovic has never borrowed any money from Vojislav Djurkovic, ‘Blic’ learns, The major of Arkan’s tigers made a plot with the folk singer according to which she, by putting a mortgage on her villa to the amount of the debt she would deceive the administration and decrease the value of blocked property by which she guaranteed that she would pay the fine for illegal sale of footballers.
The folk singer and Djurkovic have been in good business relations for decades. Each month she was getting money from rented real estate in Bijeljina that Djurkovic after murder of Zeljko Raznatovic Arkan assigned to Svetlana Raznatovic.
The plot is obvious since Raznatovic has not filed any complaint to court ruling by which a part of her villa in Belgrade was placed under mortgage due to unsettled debt to Djurkovic.
If part of Raznatovic’s villa is sold for settlement of debt she has towards Vojislav Djurkovic from Bijeljina, eventual buyer of that part of the villa shall also undertake the obligation regarding mortgage registered as guarantee that the folk singer shall pay to the state budget the complete amount she took illegally from the sale of the ‘Obilic’ FC footballers.
The mortgage is an integral part of the agreement on pleading guilt that the senior prosecution in Belgrade has concluded with Raznatovic and which was accepted by the Senior Court in Belgrade.
