The average price of flats in the Federation BiH is 1,460 BAM per square meter.
According to the data of Federal Office of Statistics, the average price of flats whose construction started in the first six months of this year amounts to 1,433 BAM per square meter, which is by 9.8 % lower than in the same period last year.
As “Dnevni avaz” informed, flat prices vary considerably, depending on location and whether it is a new or old building.
In Sarajevo, price per square meter of the newly-built flat, ranges from1,300 – 3,000 BAM depending on location.
In Tuzla, the average price of square meter reaches 1,800 – 2,000 BAM.
In Mostar, the price per square meter of the flat which is the older building ranges between 1,300-1,600 KM, and the price of new building is 2,000 BAM per square meter.
In Banja Luka, the price of the new-building flat starts from 1,800 KM in the peripheral area of Banja Luka, and up to 2,500 BAM in the city centre.
