A quarterly course "Islam in public spaces", which is organized, for the second year around, by the Center for Training and Research "Nahla", will be held in Sarajevo.
The course is intended for journalists from electronic and print media dealing with issues related to Islam and Muslims, as well as activists, religious organizations and NGOs who have the opportunity to speak about Islam in public.
Some of the topics that will be discussed during the course are: positioning Islam in the media and society, Islam in a secular society, the Niqab in public space, extremism, terrorism and the radicalization of Muslims ...
Lecturers of the course are experts in the field of linguistics, journalism, Islamic Studies, and prominent journalists and media workers.
